Due to the COVID-19 virus and in support of our customers during this unprecedented time, FPIA has suspended our disconnect process for residential accounts for the past two months. It is our hope first and foremost that you and your family are healthy and well. If you have been negatively impacted by this virus, we sincerely hope this extension of your account payment has allowed you to make adjustments and begin the recovery process. We anticipate that we will resume our normal schedule at some point in the near future when the virus levels off and the Governor and Health Officials relax the current restrictions across the state.
