Please utilize our new Outage Map to check the status of your outage. FPIA has fully deployed an Automated Meter Integration (AMI) system that indicates when power is lost to a meter. We have also implemented an advanced outage notification system that alerts our crews when an outage occurs. Customers may now text or call 833-717-0671 to report all outages at any time of the day or night. Customers may send photos if safe to do so (do not approach any downed power line or other equipment) and outage information to this number. To better support customer calls during outages, this direct number has the capability to handle high call volume during larger outage events. Cooperative Response Center (CRC) is still available via option 3 to handle any payment needs and process connects after hours. These changes should improve our communications with customers and improve our ability to obtain critical information during an outage.
